The Fractional Rubber Plates 0.5 - 5 kg are special weight plates for extra fine weight increments. Formerly known as record plates, these plates allow for weight increases starting from 1.0 kg. Perform your weight training in small steps or successfully increase your maximum with slight weight increments. With these plates, you can choose between a minimum of 0.5 kg and a maximum of 5 kg.
