Bluetooth FTMS gives you the flexibility to use popular fitness apps* while keeping an eye on key metrics on the console. This spinning bike offers a variety of features for home use to take your training to the next level. The high-contrast LCD screen displays resistance level, RPM, heart rate, time, distance, calories, and speed. Optional chest strap or hand pulse sensors are available for continuous heart rate monitoring. The bike's saddle is adjustable both vertically and horizontally, and the included bracket allows for the mounting of standard bicycle saddles.
