T-Bar Row Machine Plate Load - Vision Fitness

The T-Bar Row Machine Plate Load - Vision Fitness is a premium strength machine for isolated back training. By varying the grip position, different parts of the back can be targeted and trained. A wide grip trains the outer back muscles (trapezius, latissimus dorsi) and a narrow grip trains the middle and lower back muscles.

The two different footrest heights allow for optimal body positioning and thus ideal exercise execution. The ergonomically shaped PU pad offers a comfortable support surface. The robust design and solid steel construction give the T-Bar Row Machine exceptional stability. The integrated resistance band holders make every workout even more intense.
