These polyurethane-coated urethane dumbbells are based on state-of-the-art technology in dumbbell manufacturing. Polyurethane (PUR or PU) is a special plastic from the urethane group. The high-quality polyurethane compound used in these dumbbells has an optimal degree of hardness combined with elasticity, resulting in an extremely high tear resistance and making the PU coating highly resistant to impacts, abrasion, scratches, and chipping.

The premium design and high-end finish ensure perfect handling at all times. The dumbbells are made entirely of solid steel – not cast iron! – and are permanently attached, coated with durable urethane, and feature a welded-on customer logo. These dumbbells are extremely durable, even under continuous use. The matte, silky surface is colorfast and resistant to fading. Furthermore, the material does not emit any fumes or odors and is completely odorless.

Your artwork must be provided digitally as a JPG or .AI/.EPS file. Good quality/resolution of your artwork is required to ensure optimal results! As a guideline, a resolution of approximately 2000 x 2000 pixels is recommended.
