ATX ® Squat and Calf Block

The new ATX ® squat and calf block is a combination tool for squat and calf training and is ready for use in just a few seconds.

The ATX® Squat & Calve Block consists of a robust steel base with a removable rubber wedge. The rubber wedge / squat wedge enables an optimized posture of the upper body during squat training and relieves the back and ankles. The ATX® calf block / steel base is extremely robust and ensures secure stability during heavy calf raises. Thanks to the extra large height of 18.5 cm, the calf block enables a full range of motion during calf training. An excellent tool for beginners and professionals to optimize stance during squats and calf raises.

Training with the calf block

With the help of the calf block, you can strengthen your calves for the long term and bring them into a sporty and aesthetic shape. Training your legs is at least as important as training your upper body. The calf muscles essentially consist of the two-part calf muscle and the soleus muscle. The main task of the calf muscles is to bend the foot downwards, an extremely important function when walking, running, jumping and other movements. Due to the different divisions, the calf muscles should be trained in particular - thanks to the calf device, you can do this comfortably from home or in the gym. A muscle should always be stretched to the maximum before it is contracted - this fact was taken into account when designing the calf block. It is built in such a way that you have a particularly large range of motion when performing the exercise. A strengthened calf muscle will benefit you in many situations in everyday life. Climbing stairs suddenly becomes much easier and less strenuous.
