The ATX® Multi Foam Bench is a multifunctional foam block made of high-quality foam. Due to its size and high density, this block is ideal for use as a flat bench. Many barbell exercises – preferably with dumbbells – are possible, such as flyes, pullovers, flat bench presses, or barbell hip thrusts. Furthermore, the block can be used as a step box or jump box.
By simply flipping the box, two different jump heights are possible; the foam block can be moved/repositioned quickly and easily. The inner core consists of highly pressure-resistant and durable composite foam, while the outer cover is made of high-quality plastic and is very easy to clean. The ATX® FOAM Bench can support up to 200 kg and allows for a wide range of uses.
